New Talent – Limitless Opportunities

Talent is the name of the game in 2022, and at Simply Strategy, we continue to enhance our team with bright new faces. This allows us to master the challenges our clients encounter in the ever-changing nature of healthcare. In a world where COVID is here to stay and global connections continue to grow, we expect this trend to continue.

That’s where our newest members play key roles. From our innovative strategic thinker, Irene Taranhike, to our research guru, Megan Taylor Adney, we are grateful to have these accomplished individuals on our team.

Let’s meet our newest members.

Irene Taranhike finds the connections between healthcare and access to give our clients clear guidance for forward-thinking solutions. We strongly believe in using research to gain insights into the healthcare behaviors that drive decisions, allowing our clients to make informed decisions. After hours, you can find Irene coaching field hockey at Ladue High School as the Ram's newest assistant coach. As a scholar-atlete at Lindenwood University, Irene sharpened her field hockey skills while earning a pre-medicine degree. She went on to earn a Master’s in Public Health at Washington University. Currently, Irene serves on numerous charitable boards, such as the International Institute of St. Louis’ Junior Board and the Sherwood Forest Camp’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Meghan Taylor Adney brings her brainpower and background in behavioral science to our growing research practice. Our firm is founded on the belief that good decisions are based on quality research. Meghan adds a stellar discipline to our qualitative research capabilities with her project management experience and community-engaged methods. We are excited for her to dig into more and more client projects. Currently, Meghan is pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Health at Saint Louis University College for Public Health and Social Justice while teaching in the university’s Center for Interprofessional Education and Research. Meghan enjoys running in Forest Park with her husband and dog or hitting the Tower Grove Farmer’s Market in her free time.

Adaptation and change are necessary for success in our ever-changing world, and our team is growing to collaboratively meet the demands of our clients. At Simply Strategy, new challenges define our purpose as we concentrate on ever-evolving solutions.
