EXPERTISE // Healthcare + Public Health
Navigating complexity across health and healthcare.
For nearly two decades, my work has spanned healthcare, public health, philanthropy, and community-based organizations—helping leaders understand complex challenges, bring different perspectives together, and turn insight into action.
Today, that experience informs work at the intersection of strategy, organizational leadership, research, evaluation, and change. The focus is not on a predetermined solution or methodology, but on understanding the problem, identifying what matters, and determining the most useful path forward.

The question determines the approach.
Complex health challenges rarely sit neatly within one organization, audience, or source of information. Understanding them often means looking across the people, teams, organizations, communities, and systems involved.

Research is still part of the toolbox.
The amount of information available to leaders has changed dramatically. Primary research remains valuable, but it doesn't always need to be the starting point.
Depending on the question, the work may draw on existing data, secondary research and intelligence, AI-enabled analysis, or direct inquiry with patients, consumers, providers, and other stakeholders. When the evidence needed doesn't exist, targeted qualitative or proprietary quantitative research can fill the gap.
The objective isn't more information. It's the right evidence for the decision at hand.
