Contract Research Analyst

Simply Strategy is seeking a Contract Research Analyst to assist Sr. Analysts on several immediate projects. This is a temporary position which has the potential to grow.
The Research Analyst will be actively involved in data collection and analysis efforts in many forms of qualitative and quantitative research including consumer experience, traditional market studies, and program evaluation. Key responsibilities include survey design and analysis, writing, and data presentation. Keen critical thinking and analysis ability coupled with strong interpersonal skills are required to be successful on our team.
Candidates should be comfortable working both on teams and independently. The Research Analyst may work on multiple projects simultaneously. This job is different every day, and requires someone who can quickly adapt to change (and accepts a little bit of entrepreneurial chaos). Must provide enthusiasm and creativity in problem solving along with flexibility and a desire to learn. At all times in client and team interactions this individual operates professionally and represents themselves as a member of our team appropriately.
A background in research and statistical analysis is needed. Professional experience using Qualtrics, SSPS or other statistical software; academic coursework alone is not adequate
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise sound judgment and to work successfully with all employee levels, regardless of background and perspective
This position is a temporary contract position. Hours will vary based on project load, however a commitment of at least 10 hours a week, up to 25 hours at times, is needed through fall 2022. Compensation is commensurate with experience and between $30-50 per hour.
