For more than 30 years, Dorothy Carlin has helped organizations navigate complexity through research, strategy, and leadership. Over 18 years, she led and built Simply Strategy, an award-winning research and strategy consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and foundations.
Her leadership and work have earned recognition including the St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women and St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s Best in Consulting. An MBA graduate of Washington University’s Olin Business School, Dorothy has also been twice named NAWBO–St. Louis Member of the Year.
As Simply Strategy thoughtfully concludes its run and completes its remaining client commitments, Dorothy is turning toward a new chapter of organizational leadership—building on decades of experience leading people, navigating change, making difficult decisions, and moving complex work forward.
