It is a time of growth for Simply Strategy. As I reflect on the past year’s performance, I am incredibly thankful for the opportunities to work on exciting projects alongside a tremendous group of clients. Our relationships with our clients have deepened, and we have broadened our areas of engagement and expertise. As the scope of this firm continues to grow, I am excited to share with you the addition of two new team members, Elyse (Murrell) Washington, MSW, and Eluka Moore, MA, to our dynamic and nimble group.
Both join the company with diverse backgrounds and will serve in a variety of functional areas, including supporting research services in an analysis capacity and overseeing program implementations. The duo will continue to deepen and diversify the firm’s expertise and expand Simply Strategy’s workflow capacity.
Elyse’s educational journey has been focused on understanding the health and well-being of others, which will translate perfectly in supporting a variety of our projects and clients. Her professional experience includes work in local government programs and nonprofit management, with a focus on supporting underserved communities and providing health education to at-risk populations.
At Simply Strategy, she will use her expertise to guide healthcare and public health initiatives in order to improve the outcomes of vulnerable communities. With her on-the-ground understanding of chronic disease program management, coupled with a deep knowledge of interpersonal dynamics, Elyse is especially suited to lead person-centered public health projects with multiple, decentralized partners. In addition, her evaluation and analytical capabilities are a perfect fit for augmenting our research services.
Eluka is an accomplished marketing and advertising professional with more than 18 years of experience in creating strong emotional connections between audiences and organizations. Through her educational focus in advertising, psychology and marketing, along with her unique professional background, Eluka has built a solid foundation for establishing her strategic planning skills, understanding marketing principles, and fine-tuning her abilities to translate intelligence and ideas into cohesive communication strategies for a variety of clients. This includes her recent work as an entrepreneur through the establishment of Kitchen Club Kids®, an award-winning children’s book collection, which is focused on positively impacting childhood nutrition through the art of cooking.
At Simply Strategy, Eluka will leverage her skills and expertise to expand the business acumen of our firm. She will be tasked with delivering insights-driven strategies and demonstrating efficient project and communication management for many of our clients.
Welcome Elyse and Eluka!
