Named a “Top Entrepreneur” by St. Louis Small Business Monthly and a “Most Influential Business Woman” by the St. Louis Business Journal, Dorothy understands that creativity and insight are the key components to problem solving. With her Insight Professional Certification (IPC) and extensive client service experience, Dorothy plays a crucial role in crafting strategy, for clients across the health and healthcare spectrum.

Dorothy is a leading driver of business success and better outcomes for communities served by her clients.

As an Olin Board Fellow, she began her service on the YWCA St. Louis Board of Directors and now serves as Vice Chair. Dorothy previously served on the boards of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the Community Service Public Relations Council (CSPRC).
